We need to carry out emergency maintenance across our platform due to a critical security issue found in the programming language PHP, which is used in some elements of our platform.

A security patch has now been issued for this vulnerability, which we will be applying across our entire infrastructure (where applicable). We will also be patching any 3rd party software used on our platform, including streaming servers.

During this maintenance, some services may become unavailable as services are restarted to apply the security patches. We understand the importance of keeping disruption to an absolute minimum, but given the scale and severity of the vulnerability found, we will be applying these patches immediately. We're currently unable to give a list of times for each service. We will be closely monitoring all services during the updates to ensure that services recover correctly following the updates.
